I adore my crockpot! It allows me to start dinner in the morning during my down time and then relax all day….or rather spend time with my crazy little 3 year old. I make dinner in the crock pot about twice a week on average and usually one of those times is this amazingly easy and tasty soup recipe from the Crockin’ Girls, who i follow on Facebook.
I just wanted to share this super easy recipe with you so that you can become hooked too!
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced raw chicken
- 3 carrots chopped
- 1 can of corn
- 2 cans of chicken broth
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1Â Â 8oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix all of the above ingredients in your crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Top with crunched up tortilla chips and shredded cheese….you won’t be sorry!
